The Housing Authority of the City of Hartford will conduct a public hearing to discuss the proposed FY2027 Annual PHA Plan, including updates to the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program Administrative Plan and the Low-Income Public Housing (LIPH Program’s Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP).
The public hearing will be held: Monday, August 24, 2026 at 5:00 p.m., by teleconference only.
